Have you ever wanted a free penis enlargement exercises to enlarge your package of delight? If so, here are a few tips and exercises to help increase the size and width of your penis. Not only will this help give your partner more pleasure but it also looks good.

You might remember that just as with any muscles, you need to form a regular routine of exercise and have days off in between to allow the muscle to rest so as to not harm the muscles of your penis.

So here are a few penis enlargement exercises for you to try. There are other sites that you can find with a google search by searching for "free natural penis enlargement exercises" or "penis enlargement exercises for free" but these will help get you started.

The first exercise you might want to start with is one to strengthen you PC muscle. If you’re not up on your anatomy, the PC muscle is the one that controls urination, when you start and when you stop.

You will feel this muscle when you tighten and attempt to stop yourself when you urinate. You can do this exercise just about anywhere at anytime. Just squeeze and contract this muscle.

Do this a few time on your training days and work up till you are working them for a half hour. This is the maximum that you need to work for. You can also do this in several sets with a few seconds break between.

Another of the penis enlargement exercises to practice after you have started strengthening you PCs is to grasp the head of your penis with your hand in the “ok” position and pull it slightly out in front and hold it there about 10 - 15 second.

While doing this, move the penis up and down, and from side to side. Be sure not to stretch it so far that you harm the penis to help increase the size and width of your penis.

One final exercise to add to your penis enlargement routine is to use some lube. The oil you use does not have to cost that much and you can get from just about anywhere. Get the penis about 75-80% erect.

Then grasp the penis at the base with the hand in the “ok” position and stroke it out to the tip, forcing the blood out toward the penis head, alternating hand with each stroke.

This is very important so make sure you follow this closely. Do about 25 of these the first 7 day and then add about 25 more every week working up to 200 strokes a day.

It is good to warm the penis up and cool it off after each session by wrapping it in a warm towel for about 3 minutes. You want to make sure you do the warm ups and warm downs to keep from hurting yourself.
